Project Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of the project including schedule, budget, trade awards, change orders, work scopes, buyouts, reviewing Client and Subcontractor requisitions, running project meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and managing the relationships with the Client and Architect/Designer; daily management of all aspects of a project, including financial, schedule and quality management.  College degree in a related field preferred; must be proficient in MS Office Suite including MS Project and Excel; Timberline a plus.

Estimators are responsible for the production of Company proposals for projects which have been qualified for estimate. The responsibilities include reviewing bid documents, preparing RFP’s, preparing in-house scope and cost estimates, preparing project schedules, qualifying contractor bids and preparing proposal documents.  The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of estimating experience in a high-end residential construction company. Candidates must also have advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Project and Excel, a degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering (or comparable work experience); superior work ethic and communication skills and extraordinary attention to detail.
 
Superintendents are responsible for managing all aspects of the job site including adherence to project schedule, oversight of all personnel and subcontractors, maintenance of reports, time sheets and logs, site safety and quality control, and interface with Client, Design Team and government municipalities.  Candidates must have 10+ years of experience, a proven track record with complicated fast track projects, strong communication and computer skills and the drive to succeed.
 
Assistant Project Manager is the lead administrative person on the project who is responsible for all documentation including financials, construction documents, logs, RFI’s, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, and subcontractor and vendor invoices.  Ideal candidate will possess an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Degree and/or have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the construction industry.  Candidates must be quality-driven, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. MS Project and Timberline experience a plus.
